• Pizza delivery to specified addresses
• Self-pickup options

• Account management and order tracking

3. Account Registration

To place orders, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as necessary
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Ordering and Payment

4.1 Order Placement

When you place an order:

• You are making an offer to purchase the products at the prices displayed
• We will send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt
• A contract is formed when we begin preparing your order
• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance

4.2 Pricing

• All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST where applicable
• Delivery fees are additional and vary by location
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors

4.3 Payment Methods

• We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayNow, GrabPay, and cash on delivery
• Payment is processed at the time of order placement for online payments
• For cash on delivery, payment is due upon receipt of your order
• All payments are processed securely through encrypted connections

4.4 Minimum Order

A minimum order value of $25 applies for delivery orders. No minimum applies for self-pickup.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery Areas

We deliver to specified areas within Singapore. You can check if we deliver to your address during the checkout process.

5.2 Delivery Times

• Estimated delivery times are 30-60 minutes from order confirmation
• Times may vary during peak hours or adverse weather conditions
• Scheduled deliveries are available up to 2 days in advance

5.3 Delivery Requirements

• A valid delivery address must be provided
• Someone must be available to receive the order
• We are not responsible for orders left unattended at your request
• Additional fees may apply for difficult access locations

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1 Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement for a full refund
• After preparation begins, orders cannot be cancelled
• Scheduled orders can be cancelled up to 2 hours before delivery time

6.2 Refund Policy

We will provide a refund or replacement if:

• Your order is significantly delayed without notification
• The wrong items are delivered
• Items are damaged or do not meet quality standards
• You have a valid complaint about the quality of food

To request a refund, contact us immediately upon delivery. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

7. Food Safety and Allergies

• We handle food in accordance with Singapore food safety regulations
• Our kitchen handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, and nuts
• We cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation
• Please inform us of any allergies when ordering
• You are responsible for verifying ingredients if you have severe allergies

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Modern FrameWork Grain and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
